Hello! Welcome to my website- seadreamart. I'm Cari Pier and featured on this website is a collection of my mixed media paintings- some of which are for sale, others are in private collections, some have been donated to various causes, and I have also noted which ones have been sold. If you have any questions regarding information on purchasing, please feel free to email me through the contact page. To navigate my website, I have listed categories once you click on "Galleries" on the left. Through here you will be able to find out which ones are sold, for sale, etc. I have included the size, media, price, and some inspirations for each painting. I appreciate any feedback you may have, and I hope you enjoy...
I have recently joined the ever growing Etsy community to connect with and be inspired by fellow artists. Stop by and check out my greeting cards, mixed media collages and more that I have featured there for sale. . . . . . . . . . I've finally gotten to meet one of my all time favorite artists, Terri St. Cloud of Bone Sigh Arts. I have always loved her work and the spirit that comes through in it. I had hoped that one day our paths in life would cross and I could tell her what her work means to me. And so it has. You can view it at her website (link above). Terri will amaze you with her gift of creating the most gorgeous art along with writings that will go straight to your soul. So sit back, take some time, and let Terri and her bone sighs touch your heart and nourish your spirit. Her work will do that, I promise. . . . . . . . . . In an effort to help save the forests in our country, I donate 10% of my sales to American Forests. Any purchase you make will help contribute towards this project, you can visit their website for more information. . . . . . . . . . In November 2004, Kenny, Britt, the furry kids Ona and Jules, and I moved to New Mexico. It is more beautiful here than I ever even imagined. Those that know me know what a dream come true this is for me. When you are in New Mexico be sure to go to Madrid, a quirky, magical town just south of the Santa Fe city limits. . . . . . . . . . I have completed a commission for Greg Lygon, a gifted folk singer in Culpeper, Virginia. I designed and painted two pieces for his next soon to be released CD, the cover art for "Lucid" and a logo for his company, "Ravenwood". Be sure to check out Greg's website. Thanks Greg for allowing me the opportunity to work with you on this project. Your beautiful voice takes us all to a higher place.
